The drive may just need a drive letter assigning to it:

Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

In the bottom-right panel, right-click the drive which is showing as "Raw".
Choose "Change Drive letter and Paths".
Click "Add" and choose a letter from the drop-down box.
Click OK and wait for it to update itself.
