How to cool down cpu please help

Okay so im having overheating problems while playing cs:go and tf2 and im wondering is there a way to cool it down? it might be the dust in the fan i have a intel core i3-2350M cpu @ 2.30 GHz

Keep it on a hard surface, make sure nothing is blocking the vents.

Get a laptop cooling stand (should be pretty cheap) as this will improve air flow.

ummm i have a cooling stand that dosent work and the vents have a lot of space to breath and the store here dosent sell any cooling stands

buy canned air and dust it out or use an air compressor (warning: short bursts from air compressor, too long can damage components)

Most laptops are chock full of dust.
