How to copy a file to usb when hard disc is write protected

Hi i cant copy the files to USB !! It show the hard disk is write Protected!! What Should i do!!

U may have a switch or a slider on the USB stick to turn off the write-protection. or Enable Write Protection Of USB Devices Under Windows
