How to copy sony dvd to regular size dvd. My computer does not recognize the dv

I am trying to copy my sony dvd to a regular size dvd but my computer is not recognizing the smaller disc. Is there a trick that I am missing.

How did you create the Mini DVD? Was it in a video camera? Did you make it compatible and finalize it?
