how to cover the top fan openings in a computer case ?

hi,

I just bought a NZXT 210 case, I want to cover up the top fan openings because everday there is a layer of dust on my desk, I think the machine will be actually cleaner if I just cover them.

Is there anyway cheap to cover the top fans? They seem to be opening for 2 140mm fans, but the filters cost like $5+ each for 120mm and I have no fan installed on the top.

You really don't want to cover those openings. Even though they do not have fans, they provide natural convection venting for your pc. Hot air rises and takes the easiest path - out the openings.
