How to create a bootable windows 10 usb from a Mac OS X El Capitan?

I don't want to install windows on my mac, just want to make a bootable usb to use on another pc. Boot Camp Assistant doesn't work on the new OS X El Capitan. Can't seem to find a way. Help please.

I'm not familiar with MAC's and their installers but have a go with this tutorial since I recall all others methods of creating a boot disc for MAC's were the same.

You may want to buy a bootable usb from bootableusb.weebly.com for $12. otherwise, you could try the instructions outlined here: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/create-a-usb-stick-on-mac-osx
They are for creating ubuntu USB drives, but may also work for Windows with some improv.
