How to create local disk e in windows 7

i have window 7 i wanna create local disk e in my computer?

you want to create another partition? right-click Computer>Manage>Disk Management>right click a drive in the lower pane> Shrink volume and that should give you some space to create another partition in the unused space. Backup all your files first, just to be safe.
