[SOLVED] How to create or design PCB or Motherboards for Nono - ITX Systems

I want to make my own motherboard or design PCB at home using 3d printer or 2d printer and put the following on it such as:

DDR4 RAM Socket
Mobile CPU / GPU
PCIE-Mini Extension for Mobile GPU Expansion on the Nano - ITX motherboards
Embedded Sound and WIFI, 4G, Blutooth Module


I don't know which software to use. There may be a printing software for pcb but i don't know of one. I know on youtube there are many ways of designing a pcb layout. I am good in electronics. I just want to make a pcb board and attach or solder a mobile cpu onto it and start from there. My aim is to make a mini motherboard or a nano motherboard myself.

You do realize that current motherboards are more than just a plastic sheet with holes in it, right?
Multiple layers, with traces between each.
