How to deal with a cloned hard drive with a signature collision

I cloned 2 5TB internal hard drives and now have found out that I have a signature collision and one disc is offline. Right clicking this disc does not give me the option of putting it "online". I am not computer literate, please help

Step by step, what did you do to clone these two drives?
What was on them originally, why did you clone them, and what is happening now?

Thanks for your reply. These discs are both internal, new and unused. I transferred some data onto one of them - and found that the drive had been partitioned into two. I wanted a single partition on both so unwisely deleted the data (still have the data on another drive) and tried to make both drives the same. That's when i came across the problem of the signature collision The computer recognizes one disc but not the other. I use Windows 7 professional. Hope this helps!

Thanks - I have now managed to recover signatures for both discs by right clicking on the blue "I" and clicking on "online"
