how to deal with blank w-10

When I go back to blank w-10 will my email still come in there or do I need to do something for that? I know I will have to put in my anti virus and anti spyware.

I assume by w-10 you're talking about a fresh install of Windows 10. If so, it depends on what you're currently using for email, and I'm afraid you didn't say. If you're using a browser, you can use IE or Edge without having to install anything else.
