How to decide which Cooler is best for Core i7 3770

Hi
I'm using core i7 3770 non k version with stock cooler. I noticed that sometimes temp goes upto 60-70 c. I l'm using for work and gaming.
Using 980ti or can upgrade with titanx gpu, i want to which aftermarket cooler is sufficient for i7 3770. I cant overclock it but thinking abt to change stock cooler due to high temp in summer season.
Looking for CM hyper 103, 212x and antec A40 or Deepcool Gammax S40. Which suits my processor ?

Out of those options up there, I would go with the hyper 212x, although if i was suggestions a cooler to anyone, it would be either the 212x or the evo, so definitely the 212x

Thanx for help, but in case if i go with some good gpu like 1080 or titan so it wil work or not ?

As i'm searching 212x have good reviews, also saw 212 turbo with dual fan but 212x has x vent tech but turbo doesn't

With the single fan cooler you hold have no issue with the gpu and cooler getting in the way, but I would suggest upgrading to an ATX board just for the convienence and piece of mind
