Question How to deep clean my first self-built rig

It's finally time to reopen my case and really give it a good cleaning. I want to do this as safe as possible (for the pc.)

I'm looking for tips and what I should buy to deep clean every bit. (not just compressed air blowing.)

I mean things like what can I use to remove stubborn dust caked on fans, what kind of thermal paste should I replace my current with? How can I remove as much dust as possible from the heatsink over the CPU.

I am attempting to return the PC to a like-brand-new state for cooling efficiency.

For fans and case surfaces, get a microfiber cloth and wipe them down. If you need to use any liquid, get rubbing alcohol. For the components themselves, use an anti-static brush like in https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Antistatic-Lab-Brushes/zgbs/industrial/317973011

As far as thermal paste, I recommend either Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut, Arctic MX-4, or Noctua NH-1.
