How to defrag system Reserve

Not sure if in right category, if not could you please tell me where i should post this?

I was told auslogis would be able to get my system reserve, but it only does my C). my system reserve is 21% fragment. I thought it was suppose to be like 1% or something like that. How do i defrag the system reserve? I didn't have this issue until i reinstalled my windows 8 (to solve an issue on my pc). Also is 21% bad? (it was at 22% for a day now it went down) and will there be any negative effects to having it at 21%. I would really like for the percent to be lower.

you mean the system reserve partition? don't mess with it.

Just leave the system reserved partition alone you do not need to even touch it at all.

isn't 21% high? and why shouldn't I mess with it? What does it do? and will the 21% have any effect on my pc?

It not use other then for factory restore. Just don't worry about it and find something else to do.
