To delete any file under "TRUSTED INSTALLER" you need to change your system permissions.
In windows Some files have the Admin as "Trusted Installer" even though you are an administrator.

First, try updating your GPU driver.
So my GPU is up to date, I followed that one tutorial to delete the files and it still doesn't work. Any more ideas?
