I FOUNDED A FILE THAT CONTAIN 54.GB OF SPACE IN WINDOWS TEMP , I CANT DELETE IT . THE NAME IS Install7c4a8a .

What is the message that appears when you try to delete the file ?
If you right click the file and choose "Properties"
is there a tick mark in the Read Only attribute or the System attribute ?
Is the file in a Folder ?
If so, is the Folder a System Folder or Read Only ?
