how to delete windows 10

I want to know how to completely delete windows 10 from a pc so that i can redownload it from a windows 10 usb drive, resetting windows doesnt solve my problems with it.
I did not upgrade to windows 10 from 7/8/8.1 so reverting to other windows is not an option, i want to know how to reset my computer to the way it was when first powering it up after building it, with no windows 10 no nothing

What do you wish the actual end state to be?

A completely blank drive that does nothing
Or a drive with only Win 10 installed on it

Booting from your Win 10 USB, you can completely wipe the drive during the install process.

Section II, Step 6 & 7 speaks to deleting the existing partitions.

ok im just wondering does it matter if i remove the usb while in the windows setup or should i wait until im completely done, because windows didnt get installed properly last time and has been causing a number of crashes and bluescreens

Remove the USB once the install is done.
Not before, not after...
