use you antivirus to scan and move those files to quarantine and delete them from there

I have the feeling that the OP is thinking of corrupt file entries, which cannot be deleted. In this case check your hard disk for errors:

Let's hope it's just some file system error, and not the result of the hard drive starting to get bad sectors. Anyways, backing up important files to a separate device is always a good idea.
