How to detect my screen card

Well as a matter of fact I've got a screen card AMD radeon 6700 series but it really seemed to be unable to work many games as Max payne 3 and Far cry 3 but later on I've figure out that the screen card was not detected in my driver and I've discovered that from the driver manager but when I opened the driver max I've downloaded the new updates and I could obviously see that it was detected in the driver but I really don't know how to work Max Payne 3 and Far cry 3 ,Actually the problem is that the screen keep on switching on and off whenever I open any of those two games ,I have been seeking for any reason but I couldn't please I am in a bad need for your help either you tell me if the screen card was good enough or not or how can I work any of those two games . thank you

Those are fairly new games, and the HD 6700 series is a budget minded card. You will only get reasonable performance if you turn down some of the graphics settings in those games.
