How to detect sound card

Hello,
recently joined skype ,have cam and mike combined cam works fine and so do speakers it says it cant detect sound card so no one can hear me ,can anybody help

If you have your headset in and you want to hear sound from the speakers too you have to configure it under Realtek Audio Manager, or double check the Realtek Audio Manager.
