How to determine pcie version of hp 6200 pro microtower

I have an HP Compaq 6200 Pro Microtower PC Model number B2C78UT and need to get a really good graphics card for it in order to run some mapping software. However, I can't determine which version of PCIE it supports. I know that v.2 is backwards compatible, but know little about version 3.0. Can anyone help me determine which version the system supports, and recommend the best graphics card available for less than $500?

PCIe 3.0 is also backwards compatible, you can put either a PCIe 2.0 or PCIe 3.0 card in it, either will work.
That's as much as I can help you with as I do not keep abreast of the latest cards or their cost.
