Question How to determine TDP of a cooler if not listed in the description of cooler?

I am looking at this CPU cooler from Amazon and it should work perfectly for my needs so long as the TDP is high enough. Is there any way to determine if this will be sufficient for my CPU. AMD Athlon x 2 7750 is my CPU. Thanks!

I also want to confirm that a four pin connector on the cooler will have no issues connecting to a 3 pin socket
