how to diagnose and fix everything on windows

is there anything that can fully diagnose my windows version and fix everything on my pc regarding software?it doesn't need to be free.i can pay for a tool like that.

sfc /scannow
then hit the Enter key.

It may take some time and will only work on Windows itself, not third party software, but it can sort things out for you.

windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Faced with that problem, I would save all my personal data and some settings on to an external disk then reinstall Windows.
