i have a ryzen 73700x and a x570 aorus elite wifi motherboard and i want to disable the auto overclocking i been in the bios kinda scared to touch things in there that i don't know what they do reason for this is my cpu will hit 30c idle then ramp itself up to 50c then clock back down then ramp back up is there any way i could disable this
