People on internet say to disable webview or google chrome but this doesnt work.Lets say i am using skype and someone sends me a link,of i open the link then skype will open the page using skype and not my main browser that is made for blocking porn,i want to stop this by disabling th built in browser of the app and insted use mu default safe one

Sorry guys but you are not understanding my point,i want to block it for myself and not because my friends send porn to me. I have blocked almost everything and i use only my safe browser to access internet, but with built in browser i can easily send or receive a reddit link for example,i will open the link and after i can search on reddit whatever i want bypassing all the blocking that i have added to my browser

We DO understand...at least I think I do...

You wish to open links only within your preferred safe browser. No matter what application those links appear to you.

Correct?

Unless Skype and whatever other tools present these links to you gives the functionality to change their default, I'm not sure this is possible.
It is entirely up to the applications you use.
