How to disable color printing in HP DeskJet 3050A?

Will you please tell me how to do that : step by step.
Installed software for printer HP 3050A J611 doesn't give me such possibility.
I even can't change Quality Settings in Printing Preferences. It has permanently activated button "Normal".
Two other buttons "Best" and "Draft" are disabled.

HP wants me to use all time a lot of black and color inks. That's why they sell their printers on very attractive sales.
