How to disable gsync?

Solution
Gsync does not cause any lag, vsync does. If you still want to disable it right click on your desktop and select nvidia control panel, its under the display tab on the left. Not sure why you would spend the money on a gsync monitor if you aren't going to use it.

What Dunlop0078 said, plus I suspect you're getting between 200 and 400 fps in CSGO, which means your GSync won't be doing anything anyway since your screen can physically only display up to 144 fps (Hz) (assuming you have a high-end gaming monitor).

Gsync only causes major lag if you are below 30FPS. It does however add up to 1ms of delay overall. So you can disable it in nvidia options control panel, but you won't see a difference besides getting screen tearing if your fps is already like 200.

Gsync actually fucks up twitch for me. Or it might be because I have two monitors, one of which isn't gsync. So actually I do have to disable gsync for a good reason.
