Hello, I want to disable operating system windowsxp in my system.

To remove win xp, first of all restart your computer in safe mode by pressing the F8 key when window starts. Then click Start-Control Panel-double-click Add or Remove Programs. In the list of installed programs, double-click Uninstall Windows XP.

This will not work in Safe Mode or in any other mode. You simply cannot uninstall Windows from within itself. To get rid of XP you need to have another Operating System to replace it with and use that to format the drive XP sits on.
