My graphics card is not working. It is a gtx 1060 and whenever I hook it up, the monitor displays as if it is not hooked up to my PC. Supposedly, my graphics cvard might not run if my cpu and/or motherboard integrated graphics are still being used. I am using an msi b360m intel motherboard and an intel 8th gen 8400 6 core i5 processor. Can anybody help me here?

If you're looking to disable your onboard graphics you can do so via your BIOS, however i highly doubt that having it enabled would have any effect on whether or not your GTX 1060 is working. Simply not having anything plugged into your motherboard(onboard gpu) would be enough.

Make sure you have your HDMI/DVI cable connected from your monitor directly to your GTX 1060, and be sure to download drivers from the manufacturers website for the 1060 to ensure everything works properly.
