How to disable internet access on a game or application using the firewall?

Win7 Go to control panel, system and security, windows firewall, in LHS panel click Allow a program or feature through Windows firewall. Click change settings. Look through the programs and intstalled games, untick the game or program click ok and it will be blocked,

hi if i disable something like photoshop in firewall it will be blocked right? thats for accessing the internet only or will it block local connections aswell in my server and other computers in my private network>?
