Because there may be multiple ways to accomplish a given task. Also, suggestions that break Windows would be inadvisable.

How can this help to disable Logs? It's not like I am giving any specific detail on how to help with a issue. And yes, several answers would be nice))) Is it such a critical process that it can break the windows?
