How to disable Microsoft Office Updates

How can I turn off automatice updates in Office 2010

Click "Start", type "Windows Update" into the search field and hit <Enter>

Click the "change settings" link in the left pane

UNCHECK the checkbox below the "Microsoft Update" heading.

This will turn off all non-Windows updates.
