How to disable preinstalled games and Xbox apps?

So a bunch of my systems are moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and we are in the process of removing all the bloat and garbage ware that Microsoft preinstalls on Windows 10 that have no business being in a professional environment. But as I'm disabling all the XBOX apps in the Services control panel I get a few of the services and processes that say "access denied". Is there any way to permanently disable those via the Windows registry or another process?

Some of these can be changed via Group policy, though if u want to remove some of the other stuff you need Windows 10 Enterprise (like removing or disabling the store).

With the right powershell commands you can remove built in apps as well.

We don't have Enterprise here, only 10 Pro, so I can only do so much that I should be able to do on Enterprise, but can't.
