More information needed. Audio hardware (sound card) and software?

You should be able to manage/configure the audio settings via the applicable audio software and/or Windows.

Have you right clicked the small speaker icon usually located in the lower right screen corner?

Doing so will (should) lead you to all sorts of windows, tabs, and properties settings.

Explore first and see what is there. Then make audio changes as warranted but only change one thing at a time.

Keep notes in case you need to go back and undo something that did not work out.
