How to disable XMP profile

Hi, how can i disable the xmp from my CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 ?
I have a ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 wich doesn't supports XMP memory profile.
I keep getting blue screen because of my memory.

I have a FX-6300 and i have only 1 stick of 4 gb RAM.
