How to disactivate a network card win7

HI I use a realtck pci network card

I want my mobo network card to be desactivated and also iwant those cards to be unseen when I do ipcongall

I tried to disable uninstall from device manager but at every restart they come back ....🙁

Go to Network Connections (Windows key + R, type "ncpa.cpl" (no quotes) and hit enter), select the network connection/adapter you want, right click, select Disable.
