[SOLVED] How to do a FRESH install of Yosemite OS X on a NEW ssd

So I removed my HDD from my mac. I burned OS X Yosemite onto my USB flashdrive using a Windows computer via software called rufus.

How do I start up my macbook and install a fresh copy.

When I start it up and hold Option it only shows me "Internet Recovery"
