How to do overlocking ?? Should i do watercooling for that or Is Corsair h105 is enough ?

This is Noob ! :)
My specs are :
AMD phenom II x4 970 3.5Ghz Deneb 45nm Technology
Ram:8 GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
MOBO :ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A88-V EVO (AM3R2)
SMPS :Corsair 650 TX
Storage:298GB Hitachi HDT725032VLA380 ATA Device (SATA)
1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164 ATA Device (SATA)
GPU :ASUS gtx 560 Ti 1023MB

I want to overclock my CPU.I dont know overlocking ,shoudl i do watercooling for this or should i stay with corsair hydro series .
The cooling which you say is gonna be in my shooping cart bcoz i didnt decide anythign specifically.
So i want the experts suggestions . How to do overclocking ?How much can i overclock my cpu ?till how much ghz ?

Remember, Google is your friend. There isn't a 'one size fits all' solution with overclocking- you really need to understand what you are doing and what your potential limitations are. Not every CPU clocks the same; it is also highly dependent on hardware such as PSU, motherboard and RAM. Even if someone that owns the exact same hardware you do, does not mean you each can overclock exactly the same with the same settings.
