HELLO! I built a computer about 7 months ago and want to re-install my windows 10 . I install Windows 10 Home on a USB ( I bought windows 10 on USB stick) yiu can go to the link below to see what I mean. Currently, I have Windows 10 installed on a Samsung 850 Evo SSD.

Do I simply delete EVERYTHING on my SSD, put the USB stick in my computer, then Boot from it in the BIOS?

How do I wipe my SSD clean?

ANY help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

If you already have the USB, then just plugged it with the machine powered down and turn it back on. Press F2 or F12 (whatever your boot options are). Select USB. Then you would go through the process. When you get to this screen:

Just delete all of the partitions and hit next. Windows will automatically create new partitions. Howeve,r you want to make sure you backup anything you need, because a wipe means that data will not be able to be recovered...well, it will, but quite difficult to get it back.

Have you considered using the Restore Function?
Under the current Creative build of Win10, just click the notification tab (bottom right corner of screen), click on ALL SETTINGS, then select RECOVERY. There is a simple option right there RESET the PC. If you really set to do a clean reinstall of W10 (dont' think it is like XP / 7 that needs a 'refresh' install every so often), you can click the link under More Recovery Options, and then do a Fresh Start.

There is also the hold SHIFT and click RESTART then in the Advanced Option menu also do the same thing.

follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again, it will accept next on that screen this time (some PC just need a restart here)

Day you installed the OS. Which means no Applications, no data, nada.
Deleting the drive (i.e. making the drive clean of anything) there is several simple tools for that function.
