Frankly, I can't say your business prospects are going to be high If you're asking here about what software you are going to be using, that kind of question tells me you have no idea what you are doing and have little to no knowledge about business management.

If your looking at eSports then https://www.ggleap.com/ is a good place to start, it has one of the lower price plans out there @ $29 a month for 20 users while giving you a large number of features. Profitability is really going to be based on your area and the amount of traffic you can sustain, eSports requires top-notch hardware and buying the latest games in multiple licenses so the initial cost is quite high unless you can get lots of players to pack Consoles in and use those instead.

Other software options for eSports are the following.
https://www.smartlaunch.com/
https://www.gizmopowered.net/

Internet Cafe suites that could be used
https://www.antamedia.com/
http://www.cybercafepro.com/

Versions to avoid "Not up to date and buggy"
HandyCafe
TrueCafe

Nothing here is free and anything you find that would be can't be trusted to be reliable enough to base a business off of.

One option is DeepFreeze.

You're "opening a gaming cafe" and haven't worked all this out yet?

16GB is the average for RAM now, 8GB is considered the bare minimum. Anyone that is heavily into eSports and has their own rig isn't going to be running the minimum specs, they also expect you to be running hardware that is also not minimum specced.

You won't have any issues at all with 16GB not at 1080p or low.
