Are you making reference to the programming language C++? It's hard to decipher what you are looking for from what you typed. If so, Google is your friend when finding some resources that you can use to learn the language.

I personally use one of the Microsoft Press book in reference to C++ and Visual Studio since that is one of the programs that can be used with it.
