How to download drivers without pmi

I had to buy a new hard drive for my computer and Dell sent me Window 7 to download, but we can't get on the Internet because we can't download the drives because we don't have pmi. Any suggestions?

however you posted this question, you use that to download the drivers. Then, with a usb drive/usb cable/sdcard transfer them to the computer.

If all fails am sure Dell is more than happy to snail-mail you a disc for a nominal fee.

I used my iPad to ask the question and I did get a windows docs from Dell....and surprisingly it came in one day through snail mail.
