How to download drivers?

So I get a new headset and turns out the software included with the headset does not work with windows 10. No big deal I went to their website and downloaded drivers for windows 10. However I have no idea how to make the drivers work. They have a internet explorer symbol right before the name and is a .rar file. What do I do with it? I cant open it or run it so what do I do? Any help would be appreciated

A .rar file you uncompress with WinRAR.

Do you have to right click the file? because if so then I cant do it as I'm having issues right clicking without windows explorer crashing (its another post of mine)

You probably need to fix the Win Explorer crashing thing first, before worrying about headset drivers.

I was able to download and open the file without right clicking. The software is now extracting and installing. So (hopefully) that will work. Thanks for the help
