how to download photos from an LG441G flipphone?

I can't get anywhere with LG's site.
How can I get these photos (about 100 of them) out of this phone and into a Windows XP or Vista
laptop???
I can do it by Bluetooth one at a time, but there must be a faster way.

If its got a memory card buy a card reader for the PC

Have you tried connecting them with a USB cable?
