ASUS STRIX GTX 1070 OC GPU- Is my GPU....

So the native resolution of this monitor is 2560x1080P but i want to record a video of me benching the GPU for my Youtube. Whenever Im in a game and select 1920x 1080P the image or video is stretched . I'd like to have black bars like a normal person. Anyone have any ideas?

Solution
Dont worry i already figured this out. Had to search and search but Nvidia support help me. Its in the Nvidia Control Panel and you go to Desktop size and position then you click on Size. Then you check the tick box and click resize and apply. Then youll get these arrows on yor screen with a slider. Drag the width to 1920 from 2560. Tehn hit apply and BAM! I got the black bars i wanted in game and on my desktop. Thanks though man! Only one who responded lol
