How to draw on sony vegas pro 12?

I'm wondering how do I draw onto a video. Not just have the insert text but draw onto the video?

To draw on video with Sony Vegas you'll need a plugin as Vegas can't do it natively.
Use Google Search with search term Plugins for Sony Vegas Pro.
