[SOLVED] How to enable 7.1 surround on Razer electra v2?

I've bought the razer electra v2 headset and I've tried downloading synapse 3 and 2 and the headset is not listed even though I have registered the headset to my account. I tried to follow links for razer surround pro and the site doesn't exist anymore. Also tried asking in the razer forum but nobody responded so I'm gonna try my luck on here.

This page doesn't work now, is there any other option? I tried to install Razer Synapse but the headset is not listed in this program.

That razer support link still works for me, just tried it, comes up straight away.
Try it again, it may have been temporarily down when you tried it.

I don't have any other suggestions.

Incidentally, you should start your own thread when you need help, not gatecrash somebody else's.
