How to enable CUDA (GTX 750 ti) in WIndows 8.1

I able to activated it in Windows 7 but in Windows 8.1 it cant be done. i need CUDA accelerator since NVENC video engine is terible for video converter.

I don't know what your system is like, but I have an NVIDIA GEForce 660 card and a Xeon E5-1620v2 CPU. In the Premiere Pro CC Renderer, you are given the choice of using the using CUDA or just the Software Engine. I rendered a one minute sequence of video (one format to another format with other rendering aspects) and with CUDA it took 10:15. Without CUDA, it took 12:37. Almost 25% faster with CUDA.

It's an option in the program you're running, not in Windows generally. If you don't see the option in the program in Windows 8.1, but you used to in Windows 7, then there may be a compatibility issue with your program running on Windows 8.1.
