[SOLVED] How to enable fast path

Hello, I know that enabling fast path will decrease my download speed . I don't really care about download speed , I just want to decrease my ping . I can't find how to do this , is there any command in cmd ?

u can download this, on first run it will open few windows, one of them will show network cards, click fix all interfaces, then u can uninstall it
it does leatrix and some tcp changes to reduce ping in gaming
