Question How to enable freesync

So I've bought AOC 32GC1 monitor who has Freesync and 144hz.

Freesync is turned on the display but I don't know how to enable it ingame or in applications?

I don't have ''Displays'' options in NVIDIA, only 3d settings, since I'm running two gpu's from laptop - Intel iGPU HD 630 and GTX 1050.

If someone can explain it to me in the simplest way that'd be great.

If your laptop doesn't have an option to disable the iGPU in the BIOS, there's not much you can do.

Wont work without Displayport. Freesync can work over Hdmi but only with Amd cards. Nvidia uses Displayport's Async feature which is baked in the Displayport architecture. Nvidia have made it possible to enable Gsync on some Freesync monitors using Async with the latest drivers.
