Functions keys, or hot key toggle in BIOS settings are the answer when i ask how to avoid using the FN key when i want to press the F1-F12 buttons.

I want to swap the F1 keys for the FN + F1 so i dont have to press the FN key again

However in my motherboard, the MSI B150PC MATE, i cannot find the toggle anywhere and need help.

Is there another way such as a third party tool or a windows tweak that can change this for me?

There's ways to modify BIOS using right SW tools. Basically you load a BIS file, modify some parameters you want and than write it in same way as you would just do an update. It's all in binary code in BIOS so you'd have to be very skilled to do it. One slip of one bit in wrong place and your BIOS is toast and MB bricked. Just not worth it for a problem like that.

I asked MSI and they said it isnt available in their motherboard. Thats why i ask if there is another way :/

Modifying bios myself? How?
